IF-Amplifier for PMR446

Design and implementation of an IF-Amplifier for FM-receiver PMR446 operating at 446 MHz. IF-amplifier realized with discrete components works with the center frequency of 21.4 MHz.

Two common-emitter stages in cascade were chosen for the topology of the IF-amplifier. The first stage is targeted to achieve a good noise figure while the second stage should provide the necessary swing to drive the 900 Ω load.
