Sony launches the BRAVIA™ V4500 series

Okay then. Now this has to be the coolest thing ever and I am so mad that it is only being released in Europe right now. Seems like a trip t Europe is due to me then because the Sony BRAVIA™ V4500 series matches superb picture quality with smart features for a home entertainment experience like no other. The BRAVIA V4500 line consists of a 26-, 32- and 37-inch model, each of which posses a WXGA (1,360 x 768) panel and the company's own BRAVIA ENGINE 2 technology. Accented by a dark silver speaker, the set’s deep piano black finish creates an effortlessly contemporary look.

There's also the Picture Frame Mode for turning your set into a digital art canvas USB port included for image viewing. Operation is satisfyingly intuitive, thanks to Sony’s XMB™ (Xross Media Bar™) on-screen interface that simplifies browsing TV channels, selecting inputs, Picture Frame Mode and other functions. Power consumption can be reduced by up to 35% compared with watching regular TV. Unfortunately, mum's the word on a price / release date.
