It looks like Psystar isn't about to let a little lawsuit stop it from selling its noise-ridden, OSX-running computers, with the company now saying that it is "definitely still shipping" its Mac clones, and that it also is making its restore utilities that "enhance the computing experience" available to its customers at no extra cost.
