ViewSonic has recently announced a trio of light weight projectors that are designed to fit the needs of educators and small businesses. The PJD6220, PJD6230, and PJD6240 projectors all have similar specifications. They all feature a native XGA (1024 x 768) resolution and a 2000:1 contrast ratio. They also use DLP display technology. The only real difference between these three is their brightness levels. The PJD6220 has 2300 ANSI lumens, while the PJD6230 has 2700 ANSI lumens, and the PJD6240 displays 3200 ANSI lumens. All three models weigh less than 7 lbs, which makes them ideal for travel. All three models even have the same connections. The connections include two RGB inputs, a RCA, and an s-video connection. In addition, ViewSonic has given them two 5 watt speakers for quality sound. The PJD6220, PJD6230, and PJD6240 come with a three year warranty. The PJD6220 retails for $1199, while the PJD6230 will sell for $1359, and the PJD6240 will retail for $1659.
