It looks like there’s no manufacturer which doesn’t have a touch screen anymore. Verizon Wireless, Vodafone and RIM recently announced the first touchscreen Blackberry, Blackberry Strom 9500.

Even Orwell couldnt have envisioned the backpack the good people over at DPL are selling. Basically they took a regular backpack, stuffed a GPS receiver, battery, antenna, gave it remote audio capability, and concealed all of this equipment so the wearer of the backpack has no idea what they are carrying around.

When we last saw the Garmin Nuvi 350 it was shipping for $482 dollars. Today we saw it for a very reasonable $178 dollars at Amazon. The Garmin Nuvi 350 was voted one of amazons most loved product of 2007.

It looks like those wanting a GPS unit that's a bit more stylish than the usual fare now have a new option to consider from Navman, which has just introduced is IDEO-designed S100 model.

Navman just launched the new S-Series GPS navigation systems and the first new model in the series is the S100. S100 is only 13. 5mm thick and has 4.

Details are understandably scarce at the moment, but Navigon is apparently taking its 1+ year old 5100 navigation unit to the max. The predictably titled 5100 max has reportedly just seen its way into the FCC's lair, and we're told that it'll feature a 4.
