If you've been eying an HP Envy, you might want to hold off for a while. If the clever folks at NotebookReview.com are right, it looks like a continuation of the Envy line, the Envy 14, is close to release. A couple of HP support documents that refer to the 14 have been released, prompting discussion that the actual notebook itself can't be far behind. Engadget states that the same folks responsible for this rumor also helped to expose most of HP's holiday line-up ahead of time, so they aren't without track record.
We still don't have any details about what the 14 will pack, but there's been some speculation of a dual core i7 processor. More information should be out soon. In the meantime, I'd hold off on grabbing an Envy for at least a few more days. Just until we know just what this new model is going to bring to the table.
