New Asus Eee PC 901, 1000 and 1000H ship on July 8th?

The new Atom based Asus Eee PCs 901, 1000 and 1000H are supposed to start shipping on July 8th in the United States according to Liliputing.

Asus already started to ship the new Eee Netbook generation in Taiwan.

Since MSI delayed their Wind netbook, Asus could be still beating them to the market if MSI misses today as shipping date again.

This new post on Liliputing indicates that the MSI Wind would ship on July 7th.

I hope Asus is reconsidering the pricing of the 901, 1000 and 1000H. It is way to high for my taste. This pricing will drive many Eee fans into the hands of MSI.
