Membuat Lampu Led Untuk Kabin/Plafon Mobil

Alasan penggantian dengan Led :

1. Bohlam boros
2. Panas, coba saja nyalakan selama 1 menit trus pegang cover penutup lampu.
3. Dengan Led, kelihatan lebih keren
Berikut step-stepnya:
Ukur dimensi lampu kabin, trus bikin layoutnya, lalu etching

Bor PCB yang sudah jadi 

Pasang lednya

Saya menggunakan led superflux flat top dengan spesifikasi 3,2-3,5V/120mA.
Alasan memilih led ini adalah karena sinarnya menyebar (flat top), dan lumayan terang. Alternatif lain adalah led smd5730, spek lebih tinggi tapi butuh pcb alumunium untuk penyerapan panas.

Led jenis ini memiliki 4 kaki, solder cukup 2 kaki saja udah cukup kuat.

Pasang resistor sebagai pembatas arusnya

Silahkan hitung nilai resistor menggunakan led kalkulator jika belum paham menghitungnya, misal kunjungi ledcalc.com ataupun software/aplikasi hp.

Pasang soket khusus lampu plafon mobil (saya gak tau namanya, bentuknya mirip fuse ). Bisa anada beli online di toko*edia ddengan harga tiga ribu rupiah.

Copot cover lampu plafon menggunakan obeng

Copot lampu bawaan trus pasang lampu lednya

Gunakan foam tape/double tapi untuk menempelkan lampu led

Bisa juga menggunakan glue gun/lem lilin , tapi hasilnya gak terlalu rapih dan  butuh effort lebih kalo mau mencopot (harus dibersihin dulu) dibanding menggunakan foam tape
