BRIEF DESCRIPTION

This is a complete 4-band radio receiver with built-in audio power amplifier that can directly drive a small 4-inch speaker. Full spectrum MW, SW and FM band with partial TV sound band can be received with this little wonder. No seperate amplifier is needed to hear reception. A volume control pot with power on/off switch makes it ideal for low-cost portable use. Just fit it inside a low cost radio cabinet with a suitable speaker, add three or four batteries, and your high sensitive radio is ready. This receiver uses widely used sony receiver IC and gives you high stability and high sensitivity over the entire radio spectrum. Even if the power supply changes to 1 or 2 volts, the receiver is well enough to receive transmission without any further tuning.

You can use it in combination with our VCO FM Transmitters, viz. RC2546T and RC2545T. Just turn on the transmitter and start cycling with the receiver in your pocket...with a small headphone plugged to the jack fitted with radio cabinet. It is the best way to check range for our transmitter in this fashion.
