This reference document describes a built-and-tested, GreenPointTM solution for a CRT TV power supply. The reference design circuit consists of one single-sided 163 mm x 80 mm printed circuit board designed to fit into a CRT TV. As shown in the figure, ON Semiconductor devices are available for every block of the CRT TV power supply; and by judicious choice of design tradeoffs, optimum performance is achieved at minimum cost.
