End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of digital products ("Products") purchased from ElectronicsInfoline ("EIL"). By purchasing or downloading any Product, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

1. Grant of Licence

EIL grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the Product for your own personal or professional engineering purposes. This licence does not transfer any ownership of the Product to you.

2. Permitted Uses

  • Use the Product on your own projects and devices.
  • Modify the code or templates for your own use.
  • Reference the educational content for personal learning.

3. Prohibited Uses

  • You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Product with any third party.
  • You may not publish the Product content (in whole or in part) online without written permission from EIL.
  • You may not use the Product to create a competing service.
  • You may not remove copyright notices or attribution.

4. Copyright

All Products are copyright ElectronicsInfoline. Buyer's email address is embedded as a digital watermark in PDF products. Distribution of watermarked files will be treated as evidence of breach and may result in legal action.

5. No Warranty

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. EIL does not warrant that products are error-free, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

EIL's liability under this EULA is limited to the purchase price paid. EIL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Durgapur, West Bengal, India under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
