Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products (PDF guides, templates, code packs), all sales are final once the download link has been delivered. We do not offer refunds for digital products that have been downloaded.

If you experience a technical problem preventing you from downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days at [email protected] and we will assist you or issue a replacement.

Memberships

Membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no further charges will be made. We do not provide partial refunds for unused membership time.

If you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate billing), contact us within 14 days for a full refund of the erroneous charge.

Exceptional Circumstances

EIL may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund in exceptional circumstances. To request a refund, contact: [email protected] with your order details.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to arbitration in Durgapur, West Bengal, India under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
