Each poster comes in A3 (297 × 420 mm), A2 (420 × 594 mm) and US tabloid (11 × 17 in). The PDFs are vector files, so they print sharp at every size.

One ZIP file with 18 PDFs in three folders, one per paper size. Each PDF holds one poster on one page, so you can send a print shop only the posters you want.

Can I print them at home?

A3 needs a printer that takes A3 paper, and many office printers do. In the US, the tabloid files print on 11 × 17 paper. A2 is a print-shop job.

Is this information free on the site?

Yes. Every table and pinout is on our calculators and part pages. The posters put it all on the wall, large enough to read without getting up.

Can I print copies for a classroom or lab?

Tips and tricks

Print one A3 poster on an office printer before you order A2 at a print shop. It shows you how the size reads from where you sit.
Ask the print shop for “actual size” or 100 %. “Fit to page” shrinks the poster and changes the margins.
Laminate the colour code and pinout posters, or print them on matte paper. A laminated sheet wipes clean after a flux splash, and matte paper does not glare under a bench lamp.
Read colour bands under daylight-white light. Under a warm lamp, brown can look red and red can look orange.
Hang the pinout poster at eye level next to the breadboard, and check the part number on the body before you trust a pin order.
The colour code poster needs a colour printer. The other five read fine in greyscale.
